​Premium inspection by accident car experts

​Generally, when purchasing a vehicle through a buyer in Korea, 
the buyer checks the vehicle on a used car site in Korea and then checks only the exterior condition, 
whether there has been an accident, and whether it has been painted. 
For example, it is very difficult to check a vehicle on a lift at a car center.
Replan Motors has operated an accident car repair factory in Korea for 20 years and has walked the path of expertise with various affiliates, including parts companies.
The services we can provide include premium inspections, accident car repair parts, and repair support.

Premium Inspection lists

01 Engine oil leak inspection
Check visually for engine oil leaks. Since most oil leaks occur at the bottom of the vehicle, they can only be checked by removing the vehicle's undercover.
02 Coolant leak inspection
Most coolant leaks can be seen with the naked eye. However, when viewed from above the engine, not all parts may be checked. We remove the under cover and check from the bottom.
03 Check transmission oil leakage
In most cases, transmission oil leaks occur in the transmission oil pan, transmission oil cooler, or lines. We check that part in detail.
04 Inspection of constant velocity joints and propulsion shaft bearings
Check the constant velocity joint for damage, visual bending, grease leakage, etc.
05 Steering gear condition check
Check the condition of the steering gear. Checking may not be possible for some accident vehicles.
06 Check brake oil leakage
Check for leaks in the brake oil line and ABS module brake line.
07 Check generator and starter condition
Check the condition of the generator and starter. In case of an accident vehicle, this part may be restricted if the engine does not start.
08 Check the condition of radiator and condenser fan
Check the condition of the radiator, condenser, and radiator fan. This part can only be checked visually.
09 Interior and exterior condition inspection
Check the condition of the interior and exterior. This part is checked visually.
10 Paint film measurement
Along with measuring the paint film, we check the condition of the paint and whether it has been painted.
11 Detailed inspection of accident status and accident area
We focus on checking whether the vehicle has been in a previous accident and whether the accident was properly repaired.
12 Wiper and window motor inspection
Check the condition of the wiper and wiper washer motor. In some accident vehicles (when the bonnet open warning light comes on), the wipers do not work, so we check only visually.
13 Check for glass cracks and condition
Check the glass for damage and condition. This part is done visually.
14 Check for airbag repairs
Check whether the airbag has been repaired. Check whether it is a remanufactured airbag or a genuine repaired airbag.

​For premium inspection, do you inspect the vehicle on a lift?

Yes, by default the vehicle is inspected on a lift.
However, in the case of an accident vehicle, there are cases where the vehicle cannot be lifted with a lift due to difficulties in moving it.
In that case, we use a jack or a forklift.

​In the case of accident cars, inspections seem to be limited. Is that right?

Yes, some of the inspection items for accident vehicles are limited.
